Hi, I am Katerina Lengold.
I am former space tech entrepreneur turned brain researcher and mental health advocate.

I help overworked professionals overcome
burnout using agile
sprints & cutting-edge neuroscience.

MY STORY

Born in Kyrgyzstan during the collapse of the USSR, I spent my childhood in poverty. Financial hardships made me hungry for both knowledge and money.

At the age of 14, I started university. By the time I was 16, I was running a design company and earned more than my parents.

At 19, I received a full scholarship and moved to the U.S. to study at MIT. Fueled by ambition, I founded a satellite data startup. Within four years, my company was acquired by Astro Digital, an aerospace company based at NASA in Silicon Valley.

At just 23, I found myself standing as the youngest executive in the world's aerospace industry

But despite the outward success, I was utterly miserable.

This dark period served as a crucial turning point. It set me on a path of self-discovery, which eventually led me to my new life.

AGILE LIFE SYSTEM

At the age of 25, I made a life-changing decision: to quit my job and study the human brain instead of sending satellites into space. I was looking for something practical, something based on real, hard science.

The system I've developed is called Agile Life. It's rooted in the latest neuroscience research and agile sprints.

In 2020 I started Neurointegration Institute to share the tools that have transformed my life. Since then, we’ve trained over 27,000 people and multiple Fortune 500 companies from 40+ countries.
